Man st\u00f6\u00dft erst auf sie, wenn etwas ausf\u00e4llt. Immer dieselbe Kompressorreihe. Immer dasselbe Verunreinigungsproblem. Immer dasselbe Wartungsprotokoll, das immer wieder aufgerollt wird \u2013 wie ein schlechter Witz, den niemand noch einmal aufarbeiten will.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Und dann sagt einfach jemand aus der Produktion: \u201cStellt auf gesintert um.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keine Zeremonie. Nur Ersch\u00f6pfung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gesinterte Filter sind im Grunde starre, por\u00f6se Strukturen, die durch das Verschmelzen von Metall- oder Polymerpulvern unterhalb des Schmelzpunkts hergestellt werden, wodurch ein stabiles, miteinander verbundenes Porennetzwerk entsteht, das auch bei Druckspitzen oder thermischer Belastung nicht zusammenbricht (<a href=\"https:\/\/eureka.patsnap.com\/article\/what-is-a-sintered-metal-filter-and-how-does-it-perform-under-high-pressure?utm_source=chatgpt.com\">PatSnap Eureka<\/a>).
