Ni del todo membrana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es un&nbsp;<strong>estructura polim\u00e9rica porosa controlada<\/strong>&nbsp;Se crea calentando polvos de pl\u00e1stico por debajo lugar a una estructura r\u00edgida con poros interconectados que se utiliza para la filtraci\u00f3n, la ventilaci\u00f3n, la difusi\u00f3n y el control del flujo (<a forman \u201ccuellos\u201d en los puntos de contacto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>NO se produce una fusi\u00f3n completa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esto es fundamental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Porque una fusi\u00f3n total colapsar\u00eda por completo la porosidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cambio, el sistema se mantiene dentro de un estrecho intervalo t\u00e9rmico en el que la estructura se convierte en&nbsp;<strong>continuo, pero no denso<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un an\u00e1lisis del proceso de fabricaci\u00f3n de los filtros de pl\u00e1stico poroso muestra que esta etapa de calentamiento controlado da lugar a una matriz monol\u00edtica con una distribuci\u00f3n de poros dise\u00f1ada y unas Selecci\u00f3n del polvo de pol\u00edmero<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Materiales habituales:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Polietileno (PE \/ UHMWPE)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Polipropileno (PP)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PTFE<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PVDF<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nailon (PA)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se eligen en funci\u00f3n de:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>resistencia qu\u00edmica<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>comportamiento de fusi\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>energ\u00eda superficial<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>rigidez mec\u00e1nica tras la sinterizaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-2-particle-size-engineering\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Llenado y compactaci\u00f3n del molde<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El polvo se somete a vibraci\u00f3n y se comprime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Para no deformarlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero para garantizar que&nbsp;<strong>densidad de empaquetamiento uniforme<\/strong>, ya que la variaci\u00f3n de la densidad se traduce posteriormente en una variaci\u00f3n del caudal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"h-4-thermal-sintering-cycle\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
